Okay, so they're not really supermodels, because they didn't technically get paid, but my little ladies did have a modeling gig last weekend. They were asked to model the spring line for a local clothing company called Kidbodies. You may have seen Kidbodies for sale at festivals in the southeast. Carol, the ownder/designer/creator, is a wonderful woman, and I've been buying from her for a couple of years. When her photographers, TwoChics Photography, asked if Elizabeth and Layla would model for the spring line, I said yes without hesitation.
The entire spring collection will be available on the Kidbodies website on Friday, February 25th. In the meantime, here are a few sneak peek photos that were sent to me today. They are currently featured on Carol's blog. Love these pictures!
The hardest thing about modeling? Pretending you're warm in spring clothes when it's less than 50 degrees outside. Eek! It took the girls a little while to loosen up in the cold, but they did. They turned into little divas by the end of the shoot, giving their supermodel smiles, and rocking their tutus (featured in the All Dolled Up collection, which you can see on Friday at www.kidbodies.com).
I hope you enjoyed your sneak peek. One of the perks is that we get a CD of the photos from TwoChics Photography, so I'm sure I'll be posting more pictures when I get them.
I hope you're having a great Monday!
I LOVE them! Elizabeth's hair is so long!
